Backing that up is a dual-bay drive enclosure taking standard 3.5-inch hard drives for up to 48TB of storage, alongside 64GB of onboard flash—putting an end to monthly cloud storage fees.

Processing mountains of high-bitrate security footage without streaming private bedroom or yard angles to third-party servers happens entirely on bare metal. The unit packs a dedicated 26 TOPS compute engine running a local language model directly on the silicon.

This on-premise pipeline lets the system autonomously escalate security protocols—flipping on floodlights, issuing spoken warnings, and triggering active deterrents without cloud lag. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports and three USB 3.0 ports ground the physical network, keeping response times instant even when the broader internet cuts out.

The hardware acts as the flagship for a long-overdue corporate housecleaning. Anker is sweeping its fragmented sub-brands—eufy, soundcore, SOLIX, and eufyMake—under the unified Anker badge, split cleanly into Anker For You and Anker For Home. To stamp the pivot, the company launched its first standalone retail store in Berlin during IFA week. Under the hood, the hub functions as a Matter 1.5 controller backed by Thread and Zigbee radios, linking natively into HomeKit, Alexa, Google Assistant, and Home Assistant. It controls up to 20 cameras, 34 sensors, roughly 100 native Anker gadgets, and hundreds of third-party Matter devices without locking buyers into a proprietary wall.
